About Suncrop Landscaping

By August the fields around Weatherford have gone the color of straw, sunflowers lean along the fence lines, and the sun sits on the county like a hand pressed flat. Suncrop Landscaping works in it anyway, because Bermuda loves that heat and grows straight through the worst of it. A day runs to mowing at a height that lets the turf hold its own, edging the walks, trimming what the mower cannot reach, and running the blower down the drive at the end. There is a particular pleasure in the last stop of a hot afternoon: engine off, dust settling, a yard laid out in even rows. When the first cool front finally comes through in October, the lawns that were cut all summer are the ones still standing green.
