About AC Lawn Care & Property Services LLC.

By late August the blackland clay under Waxahachie has opened into seams you could lose a key in, and the Bermuda turns the color of a paper sack until the rain remembers to come. AC Lawn Care & Property Services LLC works those weeks the way they have to be worked — cutting a little higher, edging clean, keeping clippings off the drive and out of the street. Late afternoon, when shade finally reaches across from the west side of the house, is the good hour here. The result is a yard that still reads as cared for in the worst heat of the year. Mowing, trimming and cleanup on a steady rotation, north toward Red Oak and south along the highway.
