About Leatherneck Landscaping

Frost lies on the prairie grass some Venus mornings, thin and short-lived, gone by nine. Leatherneck Landscaping is rolling by then — mowing on the warm-season rounds, edging to a hard straight line, trimming close to the mailbox and the porch steps, sweeping the drive down to bare concrete. Straight lines are not vanity; they are the sign that somebody paid attention to the whole yard and not just the middle of it. Property by property, along the town streets and out the farm roads, the work adds up into something a neighborhood can see from the curb.
