About Atteberry Property Services

Out past the last streetlight, Van Alstyne turns to gravel roads, cattle guards and acreage where the mowing job is measured in fence line rather than front yard. Atteberry Property Services works those places — keeping grass down along the drives, cutting back the brush that leans in on a gate, tidying the ground around a barn or a shop building. It is dusty, unglamorous work in a country where Johnsongrass will take a shoulder in three weeks if you look away. The reward is pulling out at the end of the day and seeing the whole property read as cared-for from the county road, the pasture edge straight and the drive open. Grayson County soil is generous that way: it rewards anyone willing to come back on schedule.
