About Atteberry Property Services, LLC

There is a particular October morning in Van Alstyne when the air finally goes cool overhead, a mockingbird runs through its whole catalog from a power line, and the trailer ramp drops on a street that is still half asleep. Atteberry Property Services, LLC keeps its calendar by mornings like that: mowing while the season still asks for it, edging the concrete, clearing the fallen leaves and clippings off walks before anyone comes out the front door. The list is ordinary — grass, borders, cleanup — and ordinary done on time is exactly what keeps a property from slipping. Grayson County will hand you a hot week in October and a hard freeze in November; the schedule holds through both. What the crew likes best is a yard that never looks like it needed them.
