About Grumpy Gorilla Lawn Care

Some yards go two weeks too long, and by Monday morning they need somebody willing to wade in and start swinging. Grumpy Gorilla Lawn Care takes those on around Universal City — knocking down overgrown turf, mowing and edging, trimming fence lines and foundations, then hauling off the pile that results. The name is a joke, mostly; the work is not. Standing at the curb afterward with the sun climbing over the rooftops off Kitty Hawk Road, looking at a straight edge where an hour ago there was a jungle, is about as good as this trade gets.
