August in Trophy Club is a long argument between the sun and the Bermuda, and the grass usually wins if somebody is paying attention. Hometown Boys Lawn and Landscape cuts a little high in the worst of the heat, keeps the edges clean along Bobcat Boulevard and every side street off it, and gets the trimming done before the pavement starts to shimmer. There is real pride in pulling out of a driveway and seeing the whole lot square and even behind you. When the heat finally lets go in late September the mowing eases and the cleanup work picks up.
