About Abarcas Works LLC

On the lake side of town the afternoon wind lifts off Lewisville Lake and carries the smell of a fresh-mown yard three streets inland. Abarcas Works LLC keeps The Colony's grass at an even height through that wind and that heat, mowing on a steady rotation, edging the curb line, trimming around mailboxes and play sets, and hauling off what the day loosens. Lawns near the water take the weather first — spring storm litter, summer scorch, the leaf drop that arrives all at once — and each one gets its own answer. Hedges are cut back to shape, beds are topped with mulch, and the drive is swept before anyone thinks to ask. A yard here should look like it belongs to the shoreline it sits above.
