Lawn M.E.

About Lawn M.E.

Monday morning downtown, the brick storefronts on Moore Avenue catch the early sun and the little strips of grass out front look exactly as good or as bad as somebody left them Friday. Lawn M.E. treats those small patches with the same attention as the big yards in the neighborhoods behind them — mowed, edged, trimmed, swept off. Terrell is a town where the details register, because you can see the whole block at a glance from the corner. A tight edge along a curb is a small thing that quietly lifts everything near it. The rounds run all season, and when the leaves come they get cleared rather than left to blow into doorways.
