About G’s landscaping services

Northwest of Terrell the farm roads roll out toward a crossroads community actually named Poetry, past gravel drives, cattle fence and stands of hackberry. G's landscaping services works that kind of ground as readily as a town lot — long approaches to mow, fence lines to trim out, beds to build up around a porch. Out here a yard has to be carved from pasture and then held, and holding it is the craft: even turf, clean lines, plantings that can take the wind. There's something worth doing about pulling up an unkempt drive and leaving it looking cared for by dark. Spring means planting and mulch; late fall means hauling off what the trees drop and putting the place to bed.
