About A&D Lawn and Services

Down in Brazoria County the San Bernard runs slow and brown through the bottoms, and by seven in the morning the air off it is thick enough to wear. Grass loves that. St. Augustine here grows like it has somewhere to be, and a yard left alone for two weeks in June is a different yard entirely. A&D Lawn and Services stays ahead of it — mowing on rotation, edging walks and drives, running the trimmer down the fence lines, clearing the cuttings so the turf can breathe. There is a clean pleasure in finishing a Sweeny lawn just as the Gulf breeze picks up in the afternoon, everything level and green and squared to the sidewalk. Flat country shows every line you cut, which is a fine reason to cut them straight.
