Surfside Beach Lawn Service

About Surfside Beach Lawn Service

Down at the water the yards are more sand than soil, the wind never really stops, and salt spray writes its own rules about what will grow beside a house up on stilts. Surfside Beach Lawn Service handles lawns from Lake Jackson out to the beach, mowing tough coastal turf that has to survive drought one week and a Gulf blow the next. Sandy ground drains fast and burns fast, so the cut runs a little higher and the trimming stays tight around pilings, decks and stair footings. Finishing a beach-side yard means sweeping the drifted sand back off the walk and leaving the boards clean underfoot. A tidy patch of green with the surf audible two blocks away is worth every bit of the trouble.
