About Greengos Horticulture

Every spring the shoulders of Old Seguin Road fill with bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush, and for a few weeks the east side of Bexar County looks painted. Greengos Horticulture carries that same appetite for growing things into the yards of St. Hedwig — lawns mowed and edged, beds weeded and shaped, plantings tended so they can take what a Texas summer will ask of them. The work is part maintenance and part patience: knowing what a plant wants here, in this clay, under this light. A yard that has been tended rather than merely cut shows it, in color and in edge. Wildflower season is short; a well-kept lawn is the longer version of the same pleasure.
