Father and Son Lawn Service

About Father and Son Lawn Service

The route begins before traffic thickens on the Hardy, when Spring is all birdsong and sprinkler heads and the grass still holds its dew. Father and Son Lawn Service runs those early hours through the neighborhoods near Dennis Johnston Park — mow, edge, trim, blow, latch the gate, move on. Summer here means weekly cuts and plenty of them; the mild stretch after Thanksgiving turns the work toward leaf removal, bed clearing and shrubs cut back for the cool months. The trimmer work around trees and fence corners is where a yard is won or lost, so it gets the same care as the wide open middle. By late morning there is a line of finished lawns behind the trailer, and every one of them looks like somebody meant it.
