About Carter Irrigation and Services LLC

August in Spring Branch turns the hills the color of dry grass and the caliche glares white by noon — the season that decides which lawns make it through. Carter Irrigation and Services LLC works that problem where it lives: irrigation and sprinkler systems, installs, repairs and adjustments, plus mowing and lawn upkeep across the Comal County hills. The soil sits thin over limestone here, so water either soaks in where it's wanted or runs off toward the creek and is gone for good. Getting heads aimed and zones balanced is quiet work that shows up weeks later, in green that holds when everything around it has given up. On an evening run, mist drifting over a cut lawn is about the best sound this country makes.
