Alpha Land Services

About Alpha Land Services

January in Spring Branch belongs to the cedar, when the Ashe juniper on the hillsides lets loose its pollen in rusty clouds and the whole Hill Country seems to sneeze at once. Alpha Land Services works this rugged, handsome ground, where caliche drives climb between the junipers and every yard is carved out of rock and brush. Winter grass sits dormant and tawny, which makes the cool months the right time for clean borders, cleared corners and a property brought back into shape. Land like this never stops trying to grow wild again, and there is real satisfaction in drawing a clear boundary between the wild and the kept. By the first warm week, the ground is ready to green up in order rather than in a tangle.
