About MSJ Property Services

Rental houses, vacant parcels and small commercial frontage make up a good share of Socorro's ground, and all of it grows weeds after a single wet week. MSJ Property Services keeps that kind of property in order with regular mowing, edging and trimming, weed control along fences and lot lines, overgrowth clearing, debris and trash removal, and turnover cleanups between tenants. The work runs year-round here, heaviest through the wet weeks of late summer and steady right through the mild winter. Owners who live somewhere else get the thing they actually want, which is a property that never becomes the neighbor's complaint. A mowed lot with a straight edge along the walk says plainly that somebody is paying attention.
