About J&E Landscapes

A hard rain on the South Plains fills the playa lakes in an hour, and for a few weeks afterward everything around Slaton is greener than it has any business being. J&E Landscapes rides that stretch hard, mowing, edging, trimming, keeping beds turned and clear while the moisture lasts. The rest of the year is patience: measured cuts, mulch to hold what water there is, borders kept crisp against the caliche. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn that stays even through a dry August. It takes showing up, and the showing up is the craft.
