David and Son’s Lawn Service

About David and Son’s Lawn Service

First light in Shady Shores comes up off the water, mist sitting in the coves of Lewisville Lake until the sun burns it out of the reeds. David and Son's Lawn Service is usually rolling by then, mowing while the dew is still down, cutting edges along drives and walks, trimming fence lines and tree rings. Lakeside lots grow unevenly, sun on one half and post oak shade on the other, and reading that difference is half the job. By the time the wind picks up off the water, the yards along the road are cut and swept. A clean lawn above a blue cove looks the way a summer morning ought to.
