Big Dave's Lawn and landscape

About Big Dave's Lawn and landscape

By noon in July a Seguin lawn has two states: the part under the live oak and the part taking the full weight of the sun. Big Dave's Lawn and landscape reads both — Bermuda cut high enough to hold through the dry stretch, St. Augustine trimmed clean along the caliche drive, and every edge cut sharp so the yard keeps its outline when the color fades. Mowing, string trimming, hedge work, bed weeding and mulch go in one pass, and the walks get cleared before anybody leaves. Landscape beds get reshaped when they start to blur, because a defined border makes even a tired August yard look intentional. Work runs through Seguin and out to McQueeney, Geronimo, Zorn, Kingsbury and New Braunfels.
