Smooth Lawn

About Smooth Lawn

August dusk, and a Schertz backyard finally cools off enough for bare feet and a hose and somebody's kid refusing to come inside. That is the test a lawn actually has to pass — not how it photographs, but how it feels underfoot. Getting there means an even cut with no ruts pressed into the clay, no scalped high spots, no shaggy strip left along the fence, and edges that do not catch a toe. Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and regular cleanups keep a yard flat, soft and usable through the long Texas summer. Nothing fancy about it; it just makes a backyard somewhere people want to be.
