About Verdant Property Co.

Mid-June in Savannah, and the greenbelt paths hold their heat well past dark. Verdant Property Co. keeps grounds across this stretch of Denton County — mowing wide open turf, trimming fence and walk edges, clearing beds, and hauling off whatever the mowers leave behind. Large ground rewards a plan: full sun gets a taller cut, the shaded strips near the treeline get a lighter pass, and the whole thing is finished in one direction so it reads as a single field. Rain arrives here in fat, short storms that can hang a week of growth on a property overnight. The schedule is built around that rather than set against it.
