About Stone Lawn Care L.L.C.

A clear January morning in Santa Clara can bring a frost that silvers the dormant grass and the barbed-wire fences for an hour until the sun burns it away. For Stone Lawn Care L.L.C., the cooler months still hold real work: fallen leaves are cleared before they mat down, resting lawns are kept neat, and borders and beds are trimmed back so nothing looks neglected. There is a steadiness to that winter work, as solid as the name on the business. It pays off in spring, when the yard greens up from a clean slate. In a Guadalupe County town where winter is brief but real, a tended yard keeps its dignity even in tan.
