About Izzy Lawn Service

Out on the open plain around Sandy Hollow, a summer storm can blow in off the Gulf, soak everything in twenty minutes, and leave the ground steaming once the clouds break apart. Izzy Lawn Service knows what that rain does to a yard: the grass leaps overnight, and within days it is ragged at the fence and spilling onto the sidewalk. Izzy's mowing brings it back down to an even, unhurried height, and the trimmer clears out the corners where clumps like to gather. Walkways get blown clean, and the line beside the drive is cut back to a neat seam. When the grain sorghum beyond town lifts its rust-red heads to the sun, the yards in Sandy Hollow can look every bit as deliberate.
