About Ray's Lawn Legends LLC

A San Saba summer settles in over the limestone and does not move for weeks; the shade under the pecans at Mill Pond Park is where everyone would rather be. Ray's Lawn Legends LLC mows and trims through that heat, edging walks and drives around town and out along the county roads where the yards run bigger. Grass here waits on rain, so much of the skill is knowing when to cut high and leave the roots covered. The result is a lawn that holds through a dry stretch instead of going to straw. Come evening, when the heat finally lets go, the fresh lines across a yard look like something accomplished.
