Lacey Oak Lawns

About Lacey Oak Lawns

Lacey oaks turn a soft rust in November while the rest of the Hill Country is still deciding, and their shade all summer is the thin, moving kind that grass has to work under. Lacey Oak Lawns builds its San Marcos routes around that dappled light, cutting a touch higher beneath the mottes and closer out in the open. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup come around on a fixed schedule, with acorns and leaf litter cleared off the walks as part of the visit. Oak country asks for patience — thin turf, hidden roots, ground that never lies quite flat. Done right, the lawn under the trees looks intentional instead of merely tolerated.
