About CLC Landscaping, LLC

Down in the Blanco River bottomland the pecans come into leaf late and hold it long, and the grass beneath them grows in patches of sun that move all afternoon. CLC Landscaping, LLC reads that shade the way a farmer reads a field, cutting a little higher where the light is thin and closer where it pours through. Mowing, edging, trimming and bed upkeep make up most weeks, with the clippings hauled off so nothing mats down in the humidity that rolls up from the water. San Marcos lawns here are half prairie and half river bottom, and they reward anyone patient enough to treat the two differently. Come evening, when the mowers are loaded and the yard is quiet, the stripes run true from the porch steps to the fence line.
