About Bar None Property Solutions LLC

Out past the trailheads of Purgatory Creek Natural Area the ground is more limestone than soil, and the grass that grows on it earns every inch. Bar None Property Solutions LLC works those San Marcos yards early, while the caliche still holds the cool of the night and a mower can lay down a stripe you can read from the street. Mowing, edging, string trimming, then a full blow-down of the walks and the drive — the same order every visit, until a lawn keeps its shape between cuts. There is a plain satisfaction in that last pass along a sidewalk, where the border goes from ragged to a line drawn with a straightedge. From the west-side ridges down toward the river, the yards get the same attention no matter what the Hill Country sky has been doing that week.
