About Alejandro Lawncare / Landscaping

By six in the evening the Valley light goes long and gold, and San Juan yards start showing off — bougainvillea against a block wall, esperanza throwing yellow over a bed edge. Alejandro Lawncare / Landscaping works in that hour and the ones before it, mowing and trimming lawns and shaping the planting beds that frame them. Landscaping here means choosing what can take a South Texas summer and still look glad about it, then giving it a clean bed line to sit in. The mower goes back on the trailer, the edges read sharp against the walk, and the color has somewhere to belong. It is ordinary work, done for the pleasure of how a place looks when someone has paid attention.
