About Kingsman LLC

January mornings in San Elizario can crack below freezing along the ditches, the Bermuda goes tan, and the valley waits it out. Kingsman LLC uses that stretch for the work that is easier while the grass sleeps — cleanups, hauling off leaves and cuttings, cutting bed borders back to a clean edge, getting ground ready for spring. Then the warm weeks arrive and the routine turns to mowing, edging and trimming, week on week through the long El Paso summer. Acequia water still runs to the old fields nearby, and the yards it feeds green up about as fast as the alfalfa does. There is a plain satisfaction in that first cut of the year on a lawn that came back thick.
