About Innovative Grass LLC

March along the Leon Creek greenway is the week the west side turns over: Bermuda waking under the cedar elms, mountain laurel spilling grape-colored bloom across the fence lines. Innovative Grass LLC times its year to that turn, moving from the winter scalp-and-clear into the steady cut that carries a yard to Thanksgiving. Mowing, edging, string trimming, weed control in the beds, and a blow-off that closes out the visit. Growing grass in this ground is a negotiation, six inches of dirt over rock and a summer that tests every inch of it, so the trick is a mowing height that shades its own roots. The reward is a lawn out toward Culebra or Alamo Ranch still holding color when the block around it has gone tan.
