About Ed's Lawncare & Landscaping

First light puts the Cactus Hotel against a pale sky before anything downtown is awake, and by then the trailer gate is already down somewhere across town. Ed's Lawncare & Landscaping runs on that hour — mowing, edging, trimming, bed work and cleanup, one address after another, no ceremony about it. March is when the grass decides to wake up and the winter weeds try to beat it there, so early cuts and steady weed control set the whole spring. Shrubs get shaped while they are still making up their minds; debris rides out on the trailer instead of into the alley. The truck pulls away and the only evidence is a yard that looks right.
