Dubya Lawn Care

About Dubya Lawn Care

Out toward Muddy Creek the tree line stays dark green all summer while the open yards go pale in the heat, and July in Sachse becomes a test of anything with roots. Dubya Lawn Care meets it with plain disciplines: cutting tall enough to keep the soil shaded, edging clean, trimming around posts and play sets, and carrying off what falls so nothing smothers underneath. The cicadas wind up by mid-morning and keep going until the last trailer gate closes. Then the yard sits there in the long light looking tended, which is the entire point of the trip. Come the cooler weeks, the same route runs easier and the grass says thank you in its own way.
