Slater Lawn & Garden

About Slater Lawn & Garden

Crape myrtles come on in June all over Rowlett, watermelon pink and white against red brick, and the yards that carry them best are the ones where the beds are as kept as the grass. Slater Lawn & Garden works both halves: the mowing, edging and trimming that make the lawn, and the clean bed lines, weeding and cutting back that keep a planting from going feral. A defined border between turf and mulch does more for a front yard than almost anything else. Mornings go to the mowing; the fussier garden work waits for the shade to come around. By evening the whole place looks like somebody loves it, because somebody does.
