AGAVE Hardscaping

About AGAVE Hardscaping

Rowlett sits on blackland prairie, and anyone who has put a blade to that ground knows it: dark and heavy, sticky after an April rain, hard as fired brick by August. AGAVE Hardscaping works with the soil rather than against it, reading where water runs off and where the Bermuda goes thin. Mowing here is timed to the sky, because the thunderheads build west over Dallas and arrive with the afternoon, so the day starts early and the trimming is finished before the first drops. What a neighbor sees afterward is a yard that looks intentional: banded turf, a border cut true along the walk, not a clipping left on the concrete. It is a small thing, and it changes how a house sits on its street.
