About Wilbur-Ellis Co

Late August in Rosebud, the black clay cracks open, the pecans throw the only shade worth standing in, and the heat finally lets go around suppertime. Wilbur-Ellis Co keeps lawns going through that stretch, mowing on a schedule that respects how slowly grass moves once the rain quits. Trimming along fence lines, edging where turf meets concrete, blowing the drive clean — the unglamorous parts that make a whole yard read finished. When the fall rains return the grass answers, and the mowing tempo picks right back up. The satisfaction is in the contrast: a level green square held steady against a hard, dry month.
