About Green Acres Lawn Care

Under the old live oaks on Robstown's shaded streets the St. Augustine grows thick and soft, and an afternoon rain can leave the whole block steaming by four o'clock. Green Acres Lawn Care works those deep-shade yards, where cutting height, blade sharpness and timing decide whether a lawn stays lush or thins out under the canopy. The routine is mowing, edging, string trimming, weed control and cleanups, run on a schedule that respects how fast things move in this humidity. Shade turf is finicky and rewards a light hand more than a heavy machine. Walking off a yard that is even and green all the way to the trunk line is a good feeling on a hot day.
