Turf Scapes

About Turf Scapes

There are still open pasture edges around Roanoke where the prairie wind comes through unbroken, and in February it finds every dormant lawn in the neighborhood. Turf Scapes treats that stretch of the calendar as real work rather than downtime — cleanups, bed edging, pruning, soil and turf care that set up how green things come back in March. Through the growing season it is mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization and weed control, week after week, on a schedule the grass can rely on. Turf rewards consistency more than anything else; a lawn that was tended in the cold months simply wakes up better. Watching a property come out of dormancy thick and even is the payoff for all that unseen winter attention.
