About SMM Property Services

US 90A runs the length of Richmond, and everything along it — storefronts, small offices, business lots — gets judged first by the strip of grass out front. SMM Property Services keeps that frontage in order with mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup, usually finished before the doors open and the parking lot fills. Turf on a working lot takes hard use and full Texas sun, so it is cut at a height that lets it hold moisture and hold its color. The perimeter is what people actually register: a tight cut where grass meets curb, a lot cleared of clippings. Ordinary maintenance on a steady schedule, and the whole property reads as looked after.
