Smith Lawn and Tree

About Smith Lawn and Tree

This corner of Tarrant County sits where the Cross Timbers oaks meet the open prairie, and the older Richland Hills streets still carry the canopy to prove it — post oaks, pecans, a live oak leaning over a driveway it has outgrown. Smith Lawn and Tree tends both stories at once: the turf below cut, edged and trimmed on schedule, and the wood above pruned back off rooflines, thinned for light, cleaned of the deadwood an ice storm will otherwise find for you. Working a tree well means knowing when to cut and when to leave it alone, and shade that is handled right is the best thing a North Texas yard can own come August. Below it, grass that gets its light and its air holds green longer than the yard next door. A property with a sound canopy and a clean lawn feels settled, and that is what the work is after.
