Ed's Lawn Service

About Ed's Lawn Service

On the older streets of Red Oak the pecans and post oaks lean over the pavement, and by six in the evening the light comes through them in long slats across the front lawns. Ed's Lawn Service works those established blocks, mowing under low limbs and around the wide root flares that older trees insist upon. Walks get edged so the concrete shows its full width, and the trimmer takes care of the fence corners, the meter box and the gaps along the porch skirt. Everything loose is blown back into the turf, leaving the drive clean for a car to pull in over. There is real satisfaction in a shaded old yard held to a neat line, and that is the whole ambition here.
