About Cypress Valley Landscaping, LLC

South and east of Princeton the land tilts, gently, toward Lake Lavon, and the small creeks take their time getting there. Cypress Valley Landscaping, LLC works the yards on that slow grade, where a low corner stays soft days after a rain and the grass in it runs a shade greener and a good deal faster than it does up on the flat. Mowing wet ground is a matter of timing and a light touch — cut when it will hold, trim what the deck cannot reach, and never leave a rut behind for the homeowner to look at all week. Edges get defined, beds get cleaned out, clippings get carried off rather than raked toward the ditch. Water finds the low places; so does the work.
