Gulf Coast Cuts

About Gulf Coast Cuts

The first norther of October arrives in Portland like a door opening — the wind quits the Gulf, swings around cold and clean, and the whole town suddenly wants to be outside. Gulf Coast Cuts works that turn in the year and every stretch on either side of it: mowing, trimming, edging and hauling yard debris out of the way. Warm coastal months keep the grass moving long after other places have shut down, so the mower rarely gets put up. Each property leaves looking level and squared off at the street line. Portland and the towns along this shore are where they run.
