About Atascosa Lawn Company

Winter in Atascosa County is more of a pause than a stop. A cold week, then a January afternoon warm enough to raise dust behind a mower along US 281. Atascosa Lawn Company works that whole calendar — cutting when the grass is running, clearing the live oak leaf drop when the trees let go toward the end of winter, keeping edges and fence lines from creeping in on the lawn. Sandy ground, brush-country wind and yards that catch sun from every direction all show up in how a place is cut. Around Pleasanton, Jourdanton and Poteet the aim is simple: a yard that looks handled, week after week.
