About Terra Turf Landscape

August, and the clay under every lawn in Plano has opened into cracks you could lose a screwdriver in. Terra Turf Landscape starts before the sun is fully over the ridge that Preston Road rides, taking the shaded side of the street first and the west-facing yards while some cool is still left in the ground. Mowing at summer height, edging drives and walks, trimming the fence lines, blowing the concrete clean. Near Jack Carter Park the live oaks offer a little relief; out in the open there is only heat and the sound of the mower. When the first cool front finally slides down in late September, the yards cut on schedule all summer are the ones that green back up first.
