About Blue Ribbon Lawncare

On Custer Road the Heritage Farmstead keeps a piece of 1891 in plain view — white farmhouse, windmill, a paddock of grass left over from when black-dirt farming was the whole of Collin County. Plano grew up around it, but grass never stopped being the point here. Blue Ribbon Lawncare tends the modern version of that: weekly mowing, edging that follows a driveway like a drawn line, string trimming at the fence posts, and a blow-down that leaves the walk clean enough to notice. Late May in this city means growth you can almost watch happen, and a route that has to keep pace with it. The satisfaction comes at the moment the mower shuts off and the whole yard suddenly looks settled.
