Teraturf

About Teraturf

Because Payne Springs faces west across the reservoir, its evenings end with the sun going down over open water, and the lawns along the shore catch the last of that gold. Teraturf is devoted to the ground that light lands on: the turf itself. In April, as the Bermuda shakes off its winter tan, the work is getting it cut at the right height, trimmed clean along beds and drives, and growing thick enough to shade out the weeds. Through the heat of summer, steady mowing keeps it dense and even underfoot, the kind of grass you want to cross barefoot on the way down to swim. A lawn like that is a simple pleasure, and here it comes with a sunset.
