Green Tree Service of Odessa.

About Green Tree Service of Odessa.

A blue norther enters Odessa the way a door slams: sixty degrees at noon, thirty by dark, and the pecans over the older neighborhoods stripped bare in one afternoon. Green Tree Service of Odessa works those bare months, when the frame of a tree is finally visible and a pruning cut does the most good. Around Comanche Trail Park the Arizona ash and mulberry carry a lot of old wind damage, and thinning that out in winter means fewer surprises when March comes howling across the Basin. Taking a tree out of a tight Permian lot is a rope-and-sections job, setting each piece down clear of the sprinkler heads and the block wall. Shade is scarce out here, so the trees that stay get looked after, and the ones that go leave nothing behind but room.
