Sonny’s Haul Offs and Lawn Services

About Sonny’s Haul Offs and Lawn Services

Dust off a caliche road hangs in the air a long while in this part of Gonzales County, and Sonny's Haul Offs and Lawn Services is usually somewhere inside it. The work runs from routine mowing and edging to trimming the rough corners and carting the yard waste away so nothing sits at the curb for a month. Nixon yards can turn from brown to green in one wet week, and then the whole town needs cutting at once. Winter is mild enough here that the mower never really goes in the barn; it only slows down. What stays constant is the finish — grass down level, edges cut in, the pile loaded and gone.
