About Conner Lawn Care

Spring on the South Plains arrives on the wind, and in New Deal it can blow steady from breakfast clear through supper. Conner Lawn Care works the calm hours, mowing at first light, before the breeze finds its legs, beneath a pale and enormous Lubbock County sky. Bermuda wakes slowly this far north, so the first cuts of the season are about patience: an even height, a clean pass, edges that run as straight as an irrigation row. By the time the afternoon gusts start rattling the fences, the yard is finished and holding its line.
